A 29-year-old man was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer on 1-80 after the Montour County Coroner’s Office said he stopped to help a hit-and-run victim. Logan Rickert, of Lock Haven, was hit on Monday around 5:54 a.m. after he stopped to help a driver who was hit by a different tractor-trailer that did not stop.
