(WHTM) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that more than 3 million ladders have been recalled. According to the CPSC, approximately 3,662,000 Little Giant ladders with Rapid Locks have been recalled because the ladders can suddenly retract if the Rapid Locks are not fully engaged, which poses a fall hazard to consumers.
